Temporarily out of stock
This is just the second time this cuvee has been in the Ontario market, and it is an incredible value. From 25 year old vines, on calcareous white soils, the wine sees vilification and ageing in demi-muid and barrel for 11 months. This wine has incredible minerality and balance with bright fruit and great tension on the palate.
