Owned and operated by Laetitia Billiot, the vineyards have been in the family since the early 20th century. While pressing grapes for Mumm and Moët & Chandon, Laetitia's great-great-grandfather Louis Billiot decided to bottle some of his own wine. Henri Billiot (Laetitia's grandfather) created Champagne H.Billiot et Fils after he inherited the vineyards.
