It's big but not overpowering, a perfect Syrah for those who enjoy classic wines from places like St. Joseph or Cote-Rotie. This wine is whole-cluster fermented, which adds herbal qualities and complexity, with a sixteen day maceration and then put into neutral 500L puncheons.
