The NV Brut Cuvée Laetitia, a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, vintages 2016 to 1983, is a gorgeous wine in this range from Billiot. The greater presence of Chardonnay adds lift and brilliance. The balance of energy and breadth is so appealing here. I would give this a good bit of air, as it really opens up beautifully. .
