Piedrasassi's Syrah Santa Barbara County is a blend of two great vineyards; Patterson (78%) and Casa Cassara (22%). Fermentation is 70% whole cluster, with ageing in neutral wood to preserve freshness and short term enjoyment. Only 273 cases were produced.
