Seven Springs Chardonnay remains the flagship wine from Evening Land Vineyards. Crafted entirely from estate-grown fruit, the grapes for this wine come from Burgundian clones rooted in a rockier portion of the Seven Springs vineyard. On the palate, soft flavors of baked stone fruit, green apple skin, lemon cream, toast, and sweet spice lead to an acid-laden finish hinted with notes of white flowers and grilled nuts. The wine’s zingy acidity and saline-streaked palate promise to satisfy a diverse array of white wine lovers, even those skeptical of US Chardonnay. Think of it like satiny, silky-smooth sunshine in a glass.
