A light, juicy red, with hints of strawberry and earth. Bright acidity and solid tannins.
A blend from three Trousseau vineyards in the North Coast. Luchsinger, Boham and Bartolomei grown on a combination of Vocanic cobble over ancient river stones (Luchsingers) and Goldridge soils.
Native yeasts for both primary and secondary fermentations. All of the lots were fermented using 100% whole cluster.
Aged for 11 months in a combination of neutral French oak barrels, puncheons and foudre.
