The second wine from Rene Rostaing's Languedoc domaine, Puech Noble. Rostaing, known as one of the iconic winemakers of Cote-Rotie, crafts this beautiful wine from mainly Syrah grown on limestone soils in the Coteaux de Languedoc. It is quickly becoming one of the top domaines in the entire region, and is very like his expression of Syrah from the northern part of the Rhone Valley, with a light garrigue character. His style, elegant but powerful and precise, remains in these wines as they do in his Cote-Roties.
