Piedrasassi's Syrah Santa Barbara County is made with fruit from younger vines and gets bottled earlier than the others in the portfolio. Medium to deep ruby-purple, the nose offers fresh blackberry and blueberry fruits with notes of bacon fat, cracked pepper and dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied, soft and juicy with bright, crunchy fruits and a long, peppery finish.
