This delicious eau-de-vie is one of the rare treats from the Zind-Humbrecht cellars. Made in 1976 by Leonard Humbrecht, this was rested in barrel until 2017 when it was bottled by his son Olivier, who now runs the domaine. It's loaded with flavours, from tea to lychee to peaches. This has lovely balance for a Marc, and is all about owning a piece of the history of the domaine.
