Thibault's Chambolle-Musigny comes from 5 different parcels of 60+ year-old vines. It's a beautiful wines, fermented with 40% whole clusters and a myriad of different barrels for ageing - some old, neutral oak, some young and a bit brand new (the new barrels are completely untoasted so they don't impart flavour).
