The NV Brut Rosé de Blancs is mostly Chardonnay, with just 6% still Pinot Noir. Not surprisingly, Chardonnay dominates in the wine's tense, crystalline personality. Hints of cranberry, citrus, white pepper, mint and chalk add an attractive aromatic upper register. The dry, salivating finish makes it impossible to resist a second taste. Dosage is 6.5 grams per liter.
