Gimonnet's NV Brut Cuis 1er Cru, the entry-level wine, is a great introduction to the house style. The flavors are dry, brisk and salivating throughout. The current release is based on 2012 (70%), with dollops of juice from 2011, 2010 and 2009. Dosage 6.5 grams per liter. Disgorged: April 2016.
