Billiot's NV Brut Rosé Grand Cru is powerful and tightly wound, with a great interplay of tension and Ambonnay power. Cranberry, chalk, white pepper and mint are some of the signatures, but it is the wine's persistence and overall palate presence that make it most distinctive.
