Chateauneuf-du-Pape blanc is always a rare offering, and the total production of CDP white is only 7% of the total wine production for the appellation. Domaine de Beaurenard, however, has been harvesting and bottling CDP blanc since 1929. Completely organic and biodynamic, hand-harvested and fermented in inert vessels to preserve freshness, the wine is then aged in wood (only 10% new) and bottled early to maintain fruit and terroir expression.
