This is smoky and minerally, with great richness. The palate is loaded with lemon/lime and crushed rock notes, and this wine has incredible energy and tension. The citrusy notes give a nice acidic lift to keep the finish dancing on your tongue. As with all wines from the Bret Brothers estate la Soufrandiere, farming and viticulture is 100% organic and biodynamic.
