The other great terroir of Chaintré (with Le Clos Reyssié) is unquestionably the climat les Chevrieres. We are lucky to be able to offer you this new cuvée located on a very old plot (60-70 year-old vines), facing west, on a soil particularly rich in iron oxide, stony but very clay too. The grapes produced are very small, some even affected with millerandage! This is a fantastic wine to age for 5-10 years.
