From a single vineyard of Chardonnay vines ranging in age from 30 to 100, this east-facing plot of organic and biodynamic vines creates a fantastic example of top Macon wine. The nose is bright with citrus fruits, and both rich and juicy on the palate. Fermentation in cuve, and ageing in old oak barrels helps this wine show its incredible concentration and texture.
